Restructured article

The old version just delved into folktales, so it was spun off to an independent article. And the new article was rewritten to cover folklore broadly (but admittedly it is still only loosely sketched out.)
Someone tagged the article as original research but I feel this to be unwarranted, so I'm changing it to Refimprove. Most of what I've written is fairly common knowledge, at least to those who have some degree of folkloric interest. Almost all the red links are interwiki-linked to existing Japanese wiki articles (though I just realized I had misspelt one of the parameters thus screwing up th link).
