Alopecia universalis

[edit]

He appears to have the condition, but I cannot find any citations to support that. I've raised the issue on Talk:Alopecia_universalis as the main article includes a list of notable people with the condition (and that might be a more appropriate location for that information). Mistake about Game of Thrones

[edit]

I can't find a reliable article wherein he is said to be the Thenn's warg, but Joseph Gatt DID NOT play Styr, the Magnar of Thenn. That would be Yuri Kolokolnikov. - Vickstick (talk) 08:23, 13 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Short description dates

[edit]

@PerryPerryD: Per WP:SDDATES – "The inclusion of a date or date range is encouraged where it would improve the short description as a disambiguation, or enhance it as a descriptive annotation." – S. Rich (talk) 17:49, 15 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Is there more than 1 Joseph Gatt? The addition seems unnecessary and complex PerryPerryD Talk To Me 17:50, 15 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Two clauses in the sentence: "enhance it as a descriptive annotation." Are we assuming that readers know or understand that SDs lacking a date always refer living persons? Besides, the SD does not add complexity to the article. It is much more helpful when reading WP on a mobile app. E.g., the "Top read" listing on the mobile app shows the name & SD with nothing more. – S. Rich (talk) 19:27, 15 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
