The page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_congressional_delegations_from_Texas lists Evans as a member of the Know Nothings, whereas this page says he ran on the American Party ticket. Was Evan's American Party the same American Party the was identified with the Know Nothings? KeithJonsn (talk) 16:20, 2 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
