List of lieutenant governors
[edit]There's a problem with this accompanying list. 1) Clifford A. Jones, who is shown as serving from 1951-55 under Gov. Charles H. Russell, also served from 1947-51 under Gov. Vail M. Pittman, who was elected to a full term in 1946 after succeeding to the office in 1945. 2) Rex Bell indeed died in office, but that was in 1962, while he was serving his second term as lieutenant governor, under Gov. Grant Sawyer. Maude Frazier served out the last few months of Bell's term, and then Paul Laxalt served a full term as lieutenant governor under Gov. Sawyer.
I can't figure out the process to alter the chart. Rontrigger (talk) 05:07, 28 January 2013 (UTC)

List of Governors of Nevada → Governor of Nevada – I think it is easier for people to search for “Governor of Nevada” than have to remember that it’s a list page. Also, the page gives history about the office and it’s occupants instead of being strictly a list. Hsidun (talk) 10:49, 7 January 2019 (UTC)
- Oppose – legitimately, this is pretty much the definition of a "list" article. Governors of Nevada (I assume the proposal, without the plural "s", is a typo?) still exists as a redirect, so readers can still find this easily. --IJBall (contribs • talk) 15:28, 7 January 2019 (UTC)
- Oppose. This is clearly a list and should be titled as such. Rreagan007 (talk) 21:42, 7 January 2019 (UTC)
