In pop culture[edit]

In 1967, the Detroit band The Southbound Freeway chose Livernois — which at the time was widely known for its many car dealerships — as the setting for their fantasy, "Psychedelic Used Car Lot Blues". The recording's existence is noted at https://www.discogs.com/master/760026-The-Southbound-Freeway-Psychedelic-Used-Car-Lot-Blues and the audio is in YouTube posts e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L-44CdYcTMc ('Livernois' near timepoint 0:10) 50.215.27.109 (talk) 04:01, 26 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
