Date of birth[edit]

I have reverted addition of a date of birth that was unsourced in the article. The edit summary that accompanied the addition referred to the 1950 census, but WP:BLPPRIMARY prohibits use of public records "to support assertions about a living person." If a date of birth is to be added to this article, we need a citation to a published, reliable, non-primary source to accompany it in the article.
