Untitled[edit]

I found nothing here about Michael 1 but had read that he had defeated the Turks and then died against them in battle. I feel every historic person should have their story told or at least as much as we know of them so I did an edit which came from the main topic of Wallachia found on Wikipedia.

There must be more known about this ruler somewhere and I hope someone will eventually reply to add more to the page about him. (Armorbeast (talk) 20:55, 27 April 2009 (UTC))[reply]

I also found this article about Vlad the Impaler which is very informative and while it does not provide much more information, it does dispute the year of Mihaels death as 1421 rather than 1420. In the section titled the Dragon it states <quote>Mihail passed away in 1421, leaving the state of Wallachia up for grabs.</quote>
