ECR

[edit]

Are you sure that MoMa is a member party of the European Conservatives and Reformists (ECR) group? Yes, Bokros founded this party but he became MEP from the MDF's list, so today, technically he is an independent, non-partisan MEP. --Norden1990 (talk) 10:27, 18 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

He's definitely not independent - he sits in the ECR group. See also, for example, the ECR banner at the party launch. Bastin 13:39, 18 May 2013 (UTC)
But while he sits in the ECR Group, the ECR page linked above describes him as Independent? Nedrutland (talk) 13:54, 18 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
And the European Parliament website describes him as Hungarian Democratic Forum - websites can be out of date. However, as noted, the party had an ECR banner at their launch, ECR President Martin Callanan spoke at the MoMa launch, and - unless you're doubting that Bokros is still in the ECR - the only MoMa MEP sits in the ECR. That's pretty clear-cut. Bastin 14:46, 18 May 2013 (UTC)
Okay, these are reliable sources, so I could accept your argument. --Norden1990 (talk) 23:15, 18 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
