Anglicized Spelling of Narrinai[edit]
@Ms Sarah Welch. The spelling Narrinai is incorrect without the accent. The anglicized version (without the accent) should be "Natrinai". In Tamil, the two "r"s coming together will always change the sound to "tra" rather than "ra". Am changing this consistently. Rasnaboy (talk) 17:04, 28 October 2019 (UTC)
- @Rasnaboy: English language is not phonetic. I am okay with either Natrinai or Narrinai across the article, but please add a reliable source for the spelling you prefer. We should mention both, at least once somewhere citing RS. For "Narrinai" spelling, see 1, 2, etc. Ms Sarah Welch (talk) 17:36, 28 October 2019 (UTC)
