State?

The word "State" does not actually appear in the name of the NY Lottery. I tried to exclude it in the move, but was unable to get it done for reasons unbeknownst to me. I would welcome someone else with more expertise doing it. Unschool (talk) 03:40, 13 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
