Requested move[edit]
Nippon-Sharyo → Nippon Sharyo — According to the company's own website, the official English name for this company is "Nippon Sharyo, Ltd.", abbreviated to "Nippon Sharyo" in normal usage. The reason for using a hyphen in this article's name is unclear, and most Wiki links point to "Nippon Sharyo". I suggest that the article be moved to "Nippon Sharyo". —DAJF 04:40, 20 October 2007 (UTC)
- I've moved this back to its original title (Nippon Sharyo) - it was the victim of a cut-and-paste move last December. Dekimasuよ! 05:45, 22 October 2007 (UTC)
- OK, thanks for sorting out the mess. --DAJF 06:51, 22 October 2007 (UTC)
Founding date[edit]
I just visite a trainstation in Jordanië. There was a train with a Nippon Sharyo sign dated 1850.(I have a picture). Is the date onwikipedia not right? Hovenman (talk) 06:41, 3 May 2024 (UTC)
