Which is it?

[edit]

The article first states that PKCS12 can store private keys and public certificates and is the successor to PFX, and in the next sentence it says that PFX is the only standard capable of storing private keys and public certificates. Which is it? And is it PFX which is being criticised, or PKCS12? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 83.87.133.123 (talk) 10:45, 10 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I cleaned it up, the first statement is correct, PKCS12 can store both a key and cert in a single file. PFX was the only format being criticized.66.236.16.210 (talk) 16:08, 17 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
