I wonder if its worth mentioning that on the island he is frequently referred to as Milhouse Van Houten, referencing the character on The Simpsons. People think he looks like Milhouse. What exactly is the relationship between the Republican Party and the New Progressive Party? Is the NPP just the Puerto Rican branch of the Republican party? Or are they somehow separate and/or overlapping? --Jfruh (talk) 23:36, 30 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
