Restructure the Corps

In the lastest news, the 1st Corps and 2nd Corps of PAVN were merged to form "Corps 12", and in the future 3rd and 4th Corps will also be similarly merged. I guess that we need to start to think about restructuring that section in the article.

I notice there’s a huge error in the article:
Rudolph Rummel has estimated that 100,000 Hmong perished in genocide between 1975 and 1980 in collaboration with PAVN.[34]
This is plainly wrong, as the Lao insurgency was not a genocide. The sentence should be changed to:
Rudolph Rummel has estimated that 100,000 Hmong perished in the Laos insurgency between 1975 and 1980. Dessangi (talk) 15:42, 11 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
