Because of events in Libya, changes to the template are natural. But User:Jyusin, who has been warned for years about lack of edit summaries, lack of discussion and collaboration with other editors, and using the talkpages of articles to discuss his changes, is mass changing Libya-related articles and edit-warring when reverted.Kintetsubuffalo (talk)
