The Marjorie Main Issue

[edit]

This should be deleted from the trivia portion. Shelbyville and Acton are very far apart. The statement implies that Marjorie Main was born near Shelbyville. She was actually born near Shelby County in which Shelbyville is the county seat. I don't think it is encyclopedic to state that a celebrity was born in a neighboring county which happens to share a border with another county.(Harmon1630)

Winter Soldier

[edit]

Why was Bucky Barnes taken down? He was Captain America's side-kick and eventually he became Captain America for a time. in the comic books it states that he is born in Shelbyville, Indiana. And given that the film just came out, I was excited to show people something interesting about our small town. But for some reason, it was removed? I'd re-add it, if I understood how. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2602:306:C5DD:2950:49A0:D441:3CDD:C442 (talk) 20:53, 18 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Say It Isn't So

[edit]

Why isn't the film "Say It Isn't So" mentioned here? It takes place in a fictionalized version of Shelbyville, Indiana. It's not the most flattering version, but it's still noteworthy. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Say_It_Isn%27t_So_(film) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 23.123.236.95 (talk) 23:19, 5 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
