AFL[edit]

I will be attempting to include the push by Tasmania to be included in the AFL - a campaign that is currently being prepared for submission.  PN57  12:32, 13 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Missing sports[edit]

Some key sports that I thought should be mentioned include:

  • Aquatice sports-The introduction mentions swimming but then there is no mention of it in the article.
  • Athletics and Track & Field-Isn't there a Tasmanian leg of the Australian series held at the domain atheletic centre? This should probably be mentioned.
  • Netball-This is pretty popular yeah?

Grouping sports[edit]

I was thinking about grouping sports in sections then individual sports in sub-sections. Such as football codes as a section then broken up into Australian Rules, Association Football (soccer), Rugby Union etc. Also Netball and Basketball in a section (unsure of a name). Tennis go into Racquet and Ball Sports, to leave room for squash, badminton etc. Anyone aggree/disagree?--TinTin (talk) 00:17, 2 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
