History[edit]
What is the history of the Harmonics? When were they formed and by whom? This would be an interesting addition to the article. Lambtron (talk) 19:44, 30 September 2012 (UTC)
- I suspect there should be an article on the Stanford a capella groups as a whole which (a) would include an overall history and (b) be used in the Template:Stanford University instead of each individual group (otherwise the template will get a bit overwhelmed). A quick look at the Stanford Historical Society web site shows nothing much though at one time (1950s and probably before) there was a Spring Sing featuring a song competition, mostly a capella. --Erp (talk) 22:50, 30 September 2012 (UTC)
- A good place to search would be the archives of The Stanford Daily, the newspaper of record for Stanford and the surrounding area. Likely many articles (archives here). A few broad overviews of Stanford a cappella are referenced in the article List of Stanford University a cappella groups. —Shrinkydinks (talk) 08:50, 23 May 2020 (UTC)
