@Bagas Hutagalung: I'm leaving this an article despite various issues, since telephone number articles are separate from telecommunication articles, and non-country regions may have separate articles (ref Telephone numbers in Hong Kong). I have, however gutted the article back to a bare stub. The Operator and Regulation sections forked from Telecommunications in Somaliland belong at that article. Please see, for instance Telephone numbers in Kenya or Telephone numbers in the United Kingdom for expected content. The area codes that were listed need a reliable source, and I can't find one that's clear, comprehensive, and unambiguously current (though I have added WP Telecommunications, who may be able to assist). Indications from 2016 (https://www.itu.int/dms_pub/itu-t/oth/02/02/T02020000C00004PDFF.pdf) are that area codes in Somalia are complex, and vary by carrier. That document does not list any of the area codes that were in the table (though there is evidence elsewhere that +252 63 is used in Hargeisa), and from the Somaliland National article, area code changes were not implemented by mid 2017, and may still not be. ~Hydronium~Hydroxide~(Talk)~ 11:59, 9 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
