Well, this article appears to be fully protected due to a content dispute. I'd like In July 2018 the site is again active via clearnet and darknet. to be changed to {{As of|July 2018}} .... The status quo is awkward because it implies that the present ("is") is July 2018. The "as of" construction signifies the same but more clearly by not implying that right now it's July 2019. This page is currently protected due to some edit warring over the correct link to the site. Ethics of linking to a criminal forum aside (which is not a small issue), this type of activity indicates that at least one of the sites is false. The page history shows that since June, many such links have been added. Since we don't know which links are true or false, I'm going to edit through protection to remove the link entirely.
