Created[edit]
Called it "Tractatus of Glanvill" for lack of a better way to go. Tractatus is already a disambig page, the first few words of the treatise are also in varied uses, and forcing people to enter the full Latin name borders on sadism. Notuncurious (talk) 01:23, 20 June 2009 (UTC)
This article appears to be a melange of poorly digested arguments and positions by various English legal and constitutional historians, some quite dated. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Dirca palustris (talk • contribs) 04:00, 2 November 2020 (UTC)
