Four Stereoisomers

[edit]

Two stereocenters are found in Troglitazone. Thus, four stereoisomers may exist: (S,S), (R,R), (S,R), and (R,S). Is this active ingredient a mixture of all four stereoisomers or just a mixture of (S,S) and (R,R)? It could be also a mixture of (S,R) and (R,S) or even a pure (which?) stereoisomer. -- (talk) 19:26, 19 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
