[edit]Stub page only.
Need to cross-reference with "UDB Lite", at the moment this page will only come up if a search for "UDB-Lite" (with hyphen) is performed.
UDP Lite is a connectionless protocol, a variant form of UDP, that will deliver packets even if their checksum is invalid. --> this is wrong. UDP-Lite only calculates the checksum for a part of the packet. Therefore corrupted packets aren't detected if the checksum is not calculated for the parts which are corrupted. If the checksum is invalid (because it covers the parts which are corrupted), the packet is dropped.
Article should mention protocol number -- 136. Yozh (talk) 19:02, 20 April 2008 (UTC)
Usage?
[edit]Who uses that protocol? Any references would be nice, or is it completely theoretical protocol? --2003:E3:B71E:EF00:1407:737C:47BA:E89D (talk) 15:39, 8 June 2022 (UTC)
