Vantage founder[edit]

I was looking up Vantage for an article I was doing on self-publishing and couldn't recall the name of the guy who infamously founded Vantage. Does anyone recall it? I can't believe it's not included in this Wikipedia entry! Web references to Vantage are mainly about its dissolution. Cyberdat (talk) 20:01, 5 February 2018 (UTC)

Fleshing out[edit]

This article could use much more fleshing out, which I'm not in the mood to do, but I've been adding some usable sources. There was a 60 Minutes piece of vanity presses in the 1970s that focused on Vantage; I don't know if there's a 60 Minutes archive that might be plumbed for it. -- Nat Gertler (talk) 13:35, 7 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
