Expansion incoming

I leave this note in case anybody sees that I gutted this article and moved 1500 bytes to Victoria Schuck Award before I have the chance to add something. I was planning to immediately come back and add content to this page, but polishing up Victoria Schuck Award took way longer than I thought, and now I'm tired and should go to bed. I expect to thoroughly establish notability and de-stub this page tomorrow afternoon (EDT).
