The sources are inconsistent regarding the end of Judge Henry's judgeship and Franklin's start. I'm assuming the information regarding Franklin's successor as attorney general in Smull's Hand Book is accurate. Choor monster (talk) 20:32, 5 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
