Coat of Arms

[edit]

I removed this description of William's coat of arms : "Arms: Gules, three palets vair, on a chief or, an eagle displayed gules membered azure." These are the well-known arms of the House of Châtillon, wich didn't become Counts of Blois before 1230, long after Wiliam of Boulogne, who is member of the House of Blois. He might have used the Coat of Arms of Boulogne : or, three torteaux gules 86.65.59.50 (talk) 09:49, 14 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
