Tickets vs people[edit]
There seems to be some sloppiness regarding the attendance...
The festival sells individual tickets, and they also sell passes. Each pass represents one person, but a ticket could represent less than one person, if a person buys tickets for multiple films.
The previous claim was 17 000 people attended (which I do not believe). Now the claim is that 20 000 tickets were sold, which I certainly do believe. Question: did the number of unique attendees go DOWN, or up? 24.57.220.238 (talk) 02:01, 9 November 2016 (UTC)
Page severely out of date. Lots of sources available to improve the page. #1 Volunteer-Run Film Festival in Canada as of 2019, and yet not mention. This page hasn't been updated since 2016. A LOT has happened since then for WIFF and the community they serve.
