“Both WML (the markup language of WAP 1.x) and XHTML MP (the markup language of WAP 2.0) do not support file upload. But fortunately the browser on some WAP 2.0 cell phones support the <input type="file"> element as an extension of XHTML MP. Some HTML-capable WAP browsers also support the <input type="file"> element.”

What I'd like to know: Are there any special differences to XHTML Strict or Transitional?

Newton 17:11, 18 September 2007 (IST)

Can some one add correct links to XHTML MP 1.1 and 1.2, ECMA, CSS, etc latest & final release PDFs. To know the tags, attributes and other things that it supports in each version. --Reddicharla (talk) 06:09, 24 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Compatible devices

Could anyone recommend me a list of compatible devices which support XHTML Mobile?

The DTD file http://www.openmobilealliance.org/tech/DTD/xhtml-mobile12.dtd (and others on this domain) does no longer exist, obviously it has been deleted. Thus web authors should not use the Open Mobile Alliance DTDs. 87.163.61.86 (talk) 09:08, 6 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

EDIT 3 days later: It's there again, perhaps a temporary server glitch. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.163.52.197 (talk) 06:39, 8 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Differences to XHTML? Example?[edit]

What the differences to regular XHTML? The example looks like standard XHTML to me - perhaps it would be possible to create on that shows things that are different in XHTML?--Cyberman TM (talk) 13:38, 3 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
