actually it depict Yarim-Lim of Alalakh, the grandson of Yarim-Lim I, http://books.google.nl/books?id=gr5BgOwEJicC&pg=PA197#v=onepage&q&f=false --Attar-Aram syria (talk) 01:22, 25 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
