Alabama's state bird is the northern flicker, sometimes called the yellowhammer -- but the current photo is of another bird known as a yellowhammer, an Old World songbird (Emberiza citrinella). 67.86.208.19 (talk) 23:21, 3 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
