This template was considered for deletion on 2007 February 4. The result of the discussion was "keep".
I don't see why this template is necessary. Also it's missing information (Ameritech and it's BOCs), and categorizes by time zones, when service region can often cross time zones. I'm not wasting my time cleaning up this unnecessary template, which should it ever be complete, might as well be an entire article... and that article already exists.
