@Brigade Piron: I appreciate your reasoning, but I put it on the bottom of the template as part of "See also" (well, unnamed) portion, which contains links to navigational templates of conflicts in other continents. I also could not find any other conflict in Oceania or Pacific Ocean. The Bougainville Civil War is the only post-Cold War conflict of the Australian continent I can find.
