Self-proclaimed?

[edit]

Why is Aleksandr Rutskoy marked as a "self-proclaimed" Acting President during the Yeltsin coup in 1993? He was proclaimed President by the constitutional authorities following Yeltsin's lawful removal. The template should be edited to show Yeltsin as President from 1991 to 1993, and from 1993 to 1999, and the "self-proclaimed" descriptor should be removed from Rutskoy's entry
