Introduction

This template came from a conversation at Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Spaceflight#Nav_boxes_for_landmarks. The initial intention is to restrict the list to National Historic Landmarks, which is a much shorter list than places in the National Register of Historic Places.

This list has been complied by browsing several, but not all states' National Historic Landmarks as enumerated here [1]. It is entirely possible that I have omitted some landmarks quite by accident. Please make the necessary corrections. -- ke4roh (talk) 02:31, 25 February 2011 (UTC)
