Official bodies vs. lobby groups

Just because a group exists that lobbies for integration doesn't mean its part of the official policy-making process. We have to be clear which groups are founded by governments, and which by private business and citizens. I have made changes to address this. --Kevlar (talkcontribs) 22:43, 3 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
