NZIST is no longer "proposed"

NZIST is now in existence, not a proposed entity. This template needs to be updated, but I'm not sure how. NZIST is the single ITP in NZ now and all the former ITPs are subsidiaries of NZIST. MurielMary (talk) 10:36, 22 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
