it is a strict policy that we do not accept promotional material, so any claims you make must have independent verifiable references. If you just look at the first two sentences

  • Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO is a young, vibrant institution focused on changing what management education is all about, in order to develop the leaders and managers needed in fast-moving economies.
  • SKOLKOVO is a joint project by major Russian and international business leaders who pooled their efforts to create from the scratch a world-class business school in Russia.

There are no independent verifiable references to support these claims or any others made in the article.

Similarly, although this organisation may deserve an article, there are no independent sources either to show that it meets the notability guidelines or to verify the factual accuracy of the article.
