Not enough verifiable data to justify an article Oo7565 (talk) 05:24, 5 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep. He has a biography on the U.S. Department of Justice web site [1] identifying him as the first U.S. Marshal of Pennsylvania. Various Google hits, including Google Books and Google Scholar hits, indicate that he was an associate of George Washington. He was also apparently a member of the prominent Biddle family of Philadelphia. There are enough available sources to warrant an article about him per WP:BIO. --Metropolitan90 (talk) 07:12, 5 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep, notable historic figure. Here's a biography. Jfire (talk) 07:28, 5 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep, notable as first US Marshal for Penn., war service was highly regarded as well per sources. Plenty of sources to verify notability, although one must search in the right places. --Dhartung | Talk 07:31, 5 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
