“Abolished in 1986.”

- @JustSomeGuy: Up until 1986, 覆 (fù) was simplified as 复 (fù) (w:zh:简化字:
「叠（疊）」、「覆」、「像」、「囉」（類推簡化為「啰」）不再簡化為「迭」、「复」、「象」、「罗」。). (feel free to improve the wording, please) —suzukaze (t・c) 00:08, 20 July 2017 (UTC)- @Suzukaze-c: 覆 (fù) doesn’t appear to be a 二簡字／二简字 (èrjiǎnzì) character per the list at http://std.dkuug.dk/jtc1/sc2/wg2/docs/n3695.pdf. (See Table 2, Subtable 3: Idiosyncratic Simplifications on pages 47–48.) There’s no citation in the Wikipedia article you linked to either.
- It looks like it is a 第一批簡體字／第一批简体字 and Singapore 簡體字／简体字 (jiǎntǐzì) character, but those characters don’t have any relationship to 1986 as far as I can tell.
