EPDE is a hub of expertise on emerging issues in the field of elections and election observation, working together with international experts as well as various CSOs.

Citizen observers tend to be the innovators of new skills and methods when it comes to observing and assessing increasingly complex election processes.

This is true in the field of new voting technologies, online campaign financing or when monitoring disinformation.
