Veronica Dal Buono
Veronica dal Buono has been a Researcher in Industrial Design at Ferrara University Faculty of Architecture since 2011. She obtained her degree in Architecture at the University of Venice, and was awarded a Phd in Architectural Technology.
Combining her interest in design, materials application technologies, and in the communication and representation of ideas, her research focuses on the relationship between man and matter, specifically on traditional materials such as stone, bricks, ceramics and conglomerates and the languages of actualisation and configuration of these through innovative contemporary technologies.
She is an active partner of the Laboratory of Material Design, at the University of Ferrara Faculty of Architecture, researching, experimenting, producing and publishing scientific material as well as taking part in the
digital project www.materialdesign.it, designed to meet the challenges of knowledge in the third millennium through the many facets of contemporary materials.
She has published essays on her research and is the author of "Pietre d’artificio. Materiali per l’architettura tra mimesi ed invenzione", research aimed at clarifying the constituent, applicative and expressive sense of modern man-made materials inspired by natural stone.

“Micro-editoria”, “editoria indipendente”, “creativa”, “autogestita”, “autoprodotta”, “esoeditoria”.
