    At Moët Hennessy, we empower our teams to shape change. Earlier this month, teams from our Parisian headquarters came together to kick off Pride Month and celebrate diversity. This was a moment to remember the historical milestones in the struggle for LGBTQIA+ rights and equality, and to reflect on Moët Hennessy’s commitments to diversity and inclusion. It was also an opportunity for Moët Hennessy France to sign the LGBTQIA+ commitment charter by L'Autre Cercle, that aims to promote the inclusion of LGBTQIA+ people in the workplace.     We are working together, alongside our fellow International Alliance for Responsible Drinking (IARD) members, to further strengthen standards of responsibility for alcohol beverage advertising on digital channels worldwide, supporting UN goals to tackle the harmful use of alcohol. To this end, we are proud to announce a new IARD partnership with the world’s leading digital platforms: Google, Meta, Pinterest, Snap Inc., TikTok, and X to prevent those under legal purchase age inadvertently seeing alcohol advertising online and to provide confidence that age-assurance methodologies on digital platforms are robust by 2025.

    Strengthening responsible standards for alcohol advertising online. Today, our members alongside leading digital platforms have issued a joint statement committing to enhancing online safeguards for alcohol advertising. The partnership includes:        > Millions of advertisers, and hundreds of thousands of influencers can age-gate alcohol marketing        > Sharing transparency reports on platform-specific safeguards for the likes of Google, Meta, Pinterest, Snap Inc., TikTok and X Social media is a critical element of our longstanding efforts to prevent minors from seeing alcohol marketing, so we’re thrilled to have brought together so many allies to raise international standards of responsibility.     Moët Hennessy mourns the loss of Harvey Chaplin, wine & spirits industry titan and Chairman of Southern Glazer's. We are deeply saddened by the loss of Harvey Chaplin, founder and Chairman of Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits – the largest U.S. distributor. A visionary leader in the wine and spirits world, Harvey was a true pioneer who reshaped the industry with his passion and innovation and had an outsize influence on the evolution of distributor, supplier and retail relationships.    Harvey leaves an enduring legacy in business having paved the way for the modern three-tier system, and in the community by inspiring and providing resources to college students looking to enter the hospitality and tourism industry. He was at the forefront of the unparalleled growth of Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits and has left an indelible mark in our hearts and the industry.    Working with Harvey and his incredible team was a privilege and an inspiration, and his incomparable and everlasting contributions will live on through the countless lives he has and will continue to impact. The team at Moët Hennessy extends our heartfelt condolences to the Chaplin family and the entire SGWS team.
