Fulctionally ok except that even though I have already purchased an annual package for full insurance coverage, it keeps asking me whether I want coverage every time I book a car. An annoyance. Also, there doesn't appear to be a way to sort available cars by price vs. distance. Also occasionally it does not work in unlocking the car. Also it does not tell me how old (mileage) the car is.

Zipcar is a great service. I would say that it's a much better option than either uber or lift. The cost is extremely affordable and a much better value than the aforementioned share rides. They give you a lot of options. I like the fact it saves you on gas, insurance, or the fact that it's there when you need. It's great for urban mobility without the hassle of owning a car

I booked a car. I walked to the pick-up spot. The directions for locating the car were confusing. I looked high and low. It turns out, the car wasn't there! They assigned me a new car. The directions were even worse. How bad were they? The second car was in a parking garage that was literally next door to a building I lived in for three years. At least that car was there... But it was behind a fence I couldn't get around. I told customer support I would rather die than use their app again.
