Dominguez has been diagnosed with a left oblique strain, Gary Phillips of the New York Daily News reports. Dominguez suffered the injury on a check swing over the weekend while playing at Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. The severity of the strain isn't known yet, but even a low-grade strain figures to cost the young outfielder multiple weeks of action. Dominguez has hit .389/.405/.639 with two home runs in nine games during his time with Scranton/Wilkes-Barre this season.
The Yankees optioned Andrews to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre after Tuesday's game versus the Orioles. Andrews was brought up from the minors before Tuesday's game to help make up for the loss of Cody Poteet (triceps) and Ian Hamilton (lat), but he will now return to Triple-A without appearing in a game. The 27-year-old southpaw owns an unremarkable 5.84 ERA and 1.53 WHIP through 24.2 innings in the minor leagues and has allowed 11 earned runs in just 3.2 frames throughout his MLB career.
Judge said Tuesday that X-rays and CT scans on his left hand came back negative, Brendan Kuty of The Athletic reports. Judge had to leave Tuesday's game against Baltimore after taking a fastball off his hand, but he now appears to have avoided a significant injury. The 32-year-old slugger also said he aims to return without missing any games, though he is dealing with a bit of swelling which could sideline him for a day or two, per Gary Phillips of the New York Daily News.

Judge's willingness to initially stay in the game could signal that his removal was only precautionary, but the Yankees will take a closer look at him and should have an update on his status in the near future.
The Yankees transferred Schmidt (lat) to the 60-day injured list Tuesday. The Yankees announced Schmidt would be shut down from throwing for 4-to-6 weeks once they placed him on the IL on May 30, so his move to the 60-day IL hardly comes as a surprise. He will be eligible for activation from the injured list July 26, but a better idea of his return timeline will have to wait until he's been cleared to throw again.
Trevino is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against Baltimore. Trevino will give way to Austin Wells behind the dish Tuesday. Trevino has generated six hits in his last four starts, including a trio of home runs.
The Yankees placed Rizzo on the 10-day injured list Tuesday with a right forearm fracture. Per Gary Phillips of the New York Daily News, Rizzo will be shut down from all activities for up to five weeks, and it will be eight weeks until he's ready to play in games. Ben Rice is up to take his roster spot and is starting at first base Tuesday against the Orioles in his major-league debut. The Yankees also figure to use DJ LeMahieu at first base and Oswaldo Cabrera at third base some days while Rizzo is shelved.
