Haldun Taner, one of the writers who still keeps his reputation up to date, is an artist who will be called for many years in the name of Turkish Literature, with works given in theater literature, as also ideas and short stories. In particular, his importance in Turkish theater is increasing day by day, with the new breathes he brang to the field of theater in our literature. With "Vatan Kurtaran Shaban", he brang political satire theater called as cabaret type theater to the country, successfully implemented and became the forerunner of this theatrical.
