This paper present a renewal of mobile provisioning system for Passive Optical Network (PON). Renewal of this system in accordance with the development of IoT Ecosystem as a platform for integrating the future generation of devices, network and software technologies. By utilizing the android application like a client and RFID Scanner for authentication tools on a smartphone capable of providing efficiency time and cost operational and maintenance team in Access Network. Duration time provisioning can be reduced by half of the previous that's five minutes each provisioning. And Regulation applicable to the cloud computing provides added value for providers and users of mobile applications provisioning GPON
