Utilization of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in schools has not been maximized, even though the availability of ICT resources is available and adequate. Strategic management stages are needed to produce vision, mission, goals, policies, programs, budgets, and procedures as well as control and evaluation processes as an effort to utilize ICT which is useful for increasing the quality and quantity of schools. Based on the interpretation and results of the research, it is concluded that the school has implemented stages in strategic management which enable the school to have a quality and quality profile. The impact of effective use of ICT for schools is in the form of achieving good and effective school management, in accordance with the National Education Standards, in the form of good school ICT planning, implementation, control and evaluation. The purpose of this study is to obtain an overview, describe and explain ICT Strategic Management in Utilizing and Improving the Quality of Learning at SMPK PENABUR DEPOK both regarding environmental analysis, strategic formulation, implementation and strategic evaluation. The research method used in this study is the case study method, because the problems studied occur in the location and situation of SMPK PENABUR DEPOK. The use of the case study model in this study is based on the consideration that to provide an overview of ICT strategic management activities in the use and improvement of the quality of learning carried out in Christian junior high schools, the ultimate goal is that ICT in the school environment can improve the quality of school learning. Based on field observations, SMPK PENABUR DEPOK is one of the private schools that has these advantages.
