Knowledge of a domain can be seen as a structuration of a domain. Maximal efficient knowledge of a domain can be seen as the minimal structuration which is sufficient for fulfilling the relevant functions, taking into account the context and situation in which the domain is embedded. This minimal structuration guarantees a maximal adaptivity to new opportunities or threats of the environment, without falling into chaos. This requirement of minimality can eventually be loosened locally for the sake of protection of the ‘self’, self being defined in terms of a symbolic identification of the unity of the structure. The structure can be a culture, a political entity, a research group or an individual. Relative to the optimal minimal structuration, dependent on and relative to an environment, we can define in this context self-organizational options, in terms of operators that eliminate structures, generate structures, or a combination of both.

Congratulations on your decision to talk with your community about the important work of local journalism. This handbook will help you plan a community conversation that will be productive for you, your news organization and the public. Sylvia Gaffney, an organizational effectiveness consultant and professional facili-tator who worked with the Rockford, Illinois, Credibility Roundtable, shares her expertise and lessons from the first year of APME's National Credibility Roundtables Project. As you start on the planning process, I want to highlight a few points that the 2001 roundtables showed are particularly important. • Newsrooms and the public can talk about tough topics in a civil way. You, your staff and readers will all gain more if you choose to discuss local news coverage that raises significant worry about accuracy or fairness, thoroughness or expertise. • Diversity of participants is crucial. The faces you see at your roundtable should reflect your community accurately, in ethnicity and race, gender and age. Participants also should reflect a range of opinions on the topic you are discussing. • Journalists must show they are willing to listen and learn as well as explain and defend their work. The public often sees news people as powerful and unapproachable. A key step in leveling the discussion field can be an impartial, well-prepared leader—either a professional facilitator or a respected community figure willing to spend time preparing for a round-table. The public has made it abundantly clear during the past decade that it often mistrusts the values, the goals and the performance of the press. At the same time, research and the 2001 roundtables demonstrate that readers , viewers and story subjects care deeply about media in their communities. They retain affection and high hopes for the reporters and editors closest to them. Journalists, skittish at allowing the public a voice in the news process, can find important allies for their standards and mission. A community conversation is an important start toward building an important partnership. I believe you will find this handbook a useful guide in your planning. This has important consequences for the understanding of intelligence and meaning and therefore for the development of Artificial Intelligence.

This paper touches on certain central issues of epistemology in relation to development and evolution. We shall use language and linguistics as heuristic means. Finally we intend to take into account these heuristic bases to bring up certain suggestions for the development and construction of an evolutionary or dynamic epistemology.

One of the wonders of disinformation, is the popularity, which
is very quickly generated by the bullies, the manipulators, the users of
dyssocial, hypocritic methods and techniques. In this study, we do not
only give an overview in the main techniques and methods for

better fighting the disinformation methods. To be efficient in these
fights, it is vital to be aware why these bullies and disinformation
actors are becoming so easily that popular. We are able to clarify these

A central issue in education and learning is the transfer of
knowledge, knowhow, intelligence between generations. Another
crucial aspect is the transfer of Wisdom. Both the transfer between
generations, as well as the transfer of wisdom have in the last decennia
    be not planned and informal.
Moreover the learning and education are adapted to the several
age groups, but in general it is neglected for children that they have to
learn already skills, knowhow which will keep to have crucial impact
for their health and wellbeing when they have age 60 or 70: nestors…
Most children will become nestors, if they can avoid to become victims
of nuclear wars, genocides or other disasters. In view of the impact of
AI, we need to reorient more and more the curriculum concerning the
education and learning towards the neglected intergeneration transfer
including the care for wisdom. We see today the rediscovery of
    wisdom.
From the intergeneration perspective, we elaborate on topics as
exercises, nutrition: gut microbiota, myokine, adipokines. Moreover
we elaborate on the educational bridges between young people,
children and the elderly (nestors aged 70 and more) taking into account
    their similarities and complementarities.

We will discuss these different layers from the perspective of Marc Spoelders’ commitment and dedication during his so fruitful professional career. We particularly want to look how Marc Spoelders was a pedagogical innovator and motor in stimulating dynamic harmony in these multi-layered processes.

In this article we start with elaborating the educational and cultural setting of the use of computers in general and of the additional impact of the ChatGPT in these. Their impact is changing the assessment of education in general. It is crucial to be aware of the related challenges when looking and studying ChatGPT. With this in mind we describe a case study involving the use of ChatGPT in e-learning. The aim of this study is to gather usability impressions from system interactions during an e-learning session related to the domain of knowledge representation. This concerns in particular the aspects of fluency, understandability of the responses, and the adequacy of the provided knowledge. These aspects form the first part of the article, and in the second part we look at a broader range of related topics including the technologies behind ChatGPT, a literature study of the encountered ChatGPT limitations and errors, and the implied need of critical thinking when using ChatGPT. Mor...
