The aim of this study; to determine the relationship between perceived support of female employees from organization and career choices within the context of sensitive base theory.The perceived organizational support, which is the subject of the study, expresses the value that the organization attaches to the contributions of the employees.Sensitive base theory is defined as the women's approach to management tasks more distant because they want to devote more time to their home and family responsibilities because of their intense feelings towards their family and because of their maternal motivation.In this context data were collected by applying a face-to-face questionnaire to 253 women working in public and private sectors in Cankiri.
